Like I've said before the best wine to go with Christmas Dinner is the wine you like! White meat like turkey or chicken goes really well with a whole range of whites, Chardonnay in particular. For reds, we recommend Gamay, Pinot Noir or Rioja. And, of course, there's Champagne. Often overlooked as a good pairing wine. It can be an exquisite match to add real sparkle to the big day.
